Per-Fit BODY (Alpha sports) is a program divided into 3 parts.

  • 1st part will focus on your stabilization and conditioning.
  • 2nd part will focus on your speed, strength and power.
  • 3rd part will switch to your quickness and reaction time.

The main purpose of this program is to improve your overall fitness performance and minimize your risk of injury.

NOTE: We highly recommend you start with Per-Fit BODY correctives first before attempting this program.
